Agreement to Terms

SyncInsta is an Instagram automation service that provides:

• Secure Instagram account integration

User Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a valid Instagram account that you own or have permission to use
• Comply with all applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Service
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service
• Ensure all automated responses are appropriate and non-spam

Instagram Integration

Our Service integrates with Instagram through Instagram's official API. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use must comply with Instagram's API Terms of Use
• We may access your Instagram data only as permitted by Instagram's API

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy. Contact our support team for refund requests.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Utsama Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your Instagram content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your Instagram data as necessary to provide the Service.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability and Modifications

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTSAMA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
